Shipping policy

We offer several product types, each with different fulfillment methods.

Digital Products
Digital purchases are fulfilled automatically via email, typically within minutes of payment confirmation.

Note: If you check out using Apple Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay, your fulfillment email is sent to the address associated with that payment account — not necessarily the email you entered at checkout. Please check that inbox first if you don't see your delivery email.

Physical Products
We're a small team and handle all physical shipping in-house. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Collective Products
Products fulfilled through Shopify Collective are shipped directly by the supplier. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are set by each supplier and will be displayed at checkout.
